MAVEN REOPENING PROCEDURES
Clients must come in with clean washed and dried hair prior to service. Upon arrival for your appointment please stay in your car and text that you are here. If you are unable to text, please call your stylist and leave a message. We will reply of when to come in.
The reception area inside the salon is no longer available until further notice. But, to our benefit we have a beautiful back patio that is perfect for waiting and relaxing with great social distancing (weather permitting).
When your appointment is ready:
Please wash your hands in our bathroom
We will have a clean cape for you. Please wear a mask, we will also.
To make payment contactless as possible, please consider Paypal or Venmo.
In case the client does not have a mask, the salon will have them for sale.
The salon will be deep cleaned and sanitized once per week by a professional cleaning crew and after each client we will be thoroughly sanitizing our station and implements.
We will be wearing clean scrubs every day and asking clients to wear protective shoe booties that each stylist will provide to each client while in the salon.
The stylist will have designated shoes that are for salon only wear.
If you are feeling ill or with a fever, please reschedule your appointment. If we don’t feel comfortable working on you, we can refuse the service.
At this time, we can only have 3 stylists working at a time spaced apart 8 feet plus and stylists will be working in shifts - we cannot have any additional guests or family present during your service, only the person getting the service.
*Children's haircuts are not allowed - adults only.
In most cases we aren’t allowed to blow dry the hair. We apologize for this, and hopefully we can get back to styling when it feels safer.
Please know we are doing our best in this uncertain time. Safety and sanitation is our upmost priority. We’ve missed all of you and can’t wait to see everyone!
